Recruitment process

Victek recruits people who have passion, competitiveness, and outstanding potential

  • Application
    Fill out the application including personal information, education, and self-introduction.
  • Document screening
    Based on the submitted CV, we will decide whether the applicants have the necessary competencies
  • Interview
    Through the interview, the recruiters will evaluate how compatible the candidates are with Victek’s philosophy and whether they have necessary abilities for the relevant position
  • Personality test
    Personality and basic competency evaluation including language/math
  • Health checkup
    Recruitmenet-related checkups are provided by a medical institution and the results will be available in about 1 week
  • Final result
    Successful candidates will be notified and receive information regarding the job
