- Through the interview, the recruiters will evaluate how compatible the candidates are with Victek’s philosophy and whether they have necessary abilities for the relevant position

- Personality test
- Personality and basic competency evaluation including language/math

- Health checkup
- Recruitmenet-related checkups are provided by a medical institution and the results will be available in about 1 week

- Successful candidates will be notified and receive information regarding the job
